Graphite Petroleum Coke (GPC)
High quality green petroleum coke is processed in an Acheson furnace through a graphitization process at temperatures around 2500–3600°C. This process produces Graphite Petroleum Coke (GPC) with a high degree of graphitization and excellent carbon purity.
With nitrogen content lower than 300ppm and very low sulphur and ash levels, GPC is an ideal recarburizer used in steelmaking and foundry industries. It helps improve carbon content, steel quality, and metallurgical performance.
